What happens next

• A person at VERV reads every request. Nothing is shown or deleted automatically.
• This site does not check that an email address belongs to whoever typed it. So before we send a copy or delete anything, we write to that address to check that the request came from you. A copy is only ever sent to the address it is about.
• We answer within one month.
• We keep the request itself for up to 24 months, as a record that it was handled. Then it is deleted like everything else.
