This is a summary of how VERV Nomads is meant to work. It is not a contract, and nobody can agree to it yet. The full terms will be drafted and legally reviewed before anyone is asked to sign or pay. Sending a wishlist commits neither you nor VERV to anything.
What this site is
This site gathers wishlists for Genesis, the first VERV Nomads Cell, planned for summer 2027. It takes no payments, makes no offers and reserves no places. What it describes is a plan. Wherever something is marked as not decided, not fixed or being tested, expect it to change.
No fixed route
VERV does not promise an itinerary. Genesis is meant to start in southern Spain, with Seville as the intended launch hub. The directions shown on this site are possibilities and not a schedule. Places and dates can change because of weather, fire risk, the law, what is available, or a decision of the Cell.
Deciding together
Deciding together is part of what you join. Each member has one base vote. Nobody’s vote weighs more because of money, seniority or standing. Where a question needs expertise, such as a mechanic’s view on a vehicle, that view is heard as advice and gives no extra vote. You will sometimes live with a decision you voted against.
What the Expedition Team decides
The Cell decides what it prefers. The VERV Expedition Team makes sure a decision is possible and carries it out: whether a route is feasible, what the law allows, pitches and parking, arrivals and departures, providers, vehicle logistics, and emergencies. Its powers are narrow, written down and open to audit. It does not decide how you live.
Taking part is voluntary
You can leave a Cell, and leaving a Cell is not leaving VERV. People join for weeks or for years. When a crew leaves, its VERV camper can stay with the Cell for the next crew. Optional activities stay optional: none of them is a condition of taking part.
Money
Every price on this site is a number we are testing. Your own costs are yours: pitches, fuel, tolls, food, insurance, your vehicle and your personal spending.
Applying will be free. If you are accepted, we expect to ask for a reservation of about €1,500 per crew, credited to your first invoices, and about €2,500 more to allocate a VERV camper. The rules for cancellation, refunds and credits will be published in full before anyone is asked to pay. Nothing can be paid through this site.
Vehicles
Your own or rented vehicle has to be roadworthy, insured, and driven by someone licensed to drive it. VERV campers will come with conditions of their own, such as a licence check, a deposit, insurance and rules for care and return. The fleet does not exist yet, and its actual state is shown on the front page.
Outside providers
Campsites, rental companies, ferries, garages, insurers and lawyers have their own terms and carry their own risks. VERV coordinates with them and is not them. Personal mobility support covers looking at your situation, research, document checklists, finding local professionals and reasonable administrative help. It does not cover government or visa fees, lawyers, notaries, sworn translations or agents, and no outside cost is incurred without your explicit approval.
Conduct and disputes
Expected conduct will be written down, and it applies to everybody, the Expedition Team included. If something is reported about you, you can see the material claims, respond, give your own evidence, learn which rule is in question, and appeal an outcome that matters. VERV keeps no overall score of a person, and does not rank people.
Emergencies
In an emergency the Expedition Team may act first and account for it afterwards.
Eligibility
Applying will include an eligibility check. Its criteria will be published once they have been legally reviewed. The wishlist asks for nothing of that kind and checks nothing.
Filming and research
Genesis may be filmed, and it may host research. Joining VERV is consent to neither. Each is a separate choice that starts as no, can be changed later, and has no effect on your place.
Privacy
The privacy notice says exactly what this site stores and what it does not.
What the full terms will add
Membership, payments, liability, suspension, ending a membership, crew changes, access to vehicles and the law that applies. None of that is settled here.
